The future Dairy Farmers of America facility in Garden City, Kansas is comprised of 11 separate sections, with many different roofing levels. Roofing Contractor Douglass Roofing used two layers of 2” GenFlex Polyiso and a GenFlex mechanically attached .60-mil TPO roofing membrane across most of the roofing for the majority of the 210,000 sq. ft. facility. The new and improved GenFlex EZ TPO Peel & Stick™ in 10’ wide rolls was used for parapet wall flashing. Steve Douglass, president of Douglass Roofing, also chose GenFlex for its reliable, easy to use products. Fully adhered methods were used for 1,800 sq. ft. of the project, which needed special treatment because it will be a structural deck.
